Core Didactics: Didactics are held on Thursday mornings for five hours and focus on small group discussions reinforcing AOBEM/ABEM core content in emergency medicine. These group discussions follow a modular format, with different learning pathways available to complement residents' differing learning styles. Weekly plenary lectures emphasize key learning points, and simulation highlights each module’s subject matter. There is also a weekly emphasis on oral board examination skills and practice. Once a month, residents 91ÖÆƬ³§Ö±²¥icipate in the Journal Club, which fosters the necessary skills for lifelong learning and reviewing changing literature.
